The Market @ The Village is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable student to assist with the operation of the Saturday Farmers’ Market & Wednesday SupperMarket. This position is 35 hours per week, and would involve assisting in the execution of both Markets, as well as working from home, assisting with special projects. The applicant must have reliable transportation, availability of a home computer and internet access, be proficient in Word and Excel, and social media sites, able to do physical work; a passion for local food would be an asset. This is an ideal summer job for students interested in a career in event planning.
Applicants must be between the ages of 15-30, and registered as a full-time student, intending on returning to school Fall 2016.
