ikea beach chairs IKEA MYSINGSÖ beach chair

Product description
This recall involves the IKEA MYSINGSÖ beach chair.  The foldable, outdoor chair is made of a fabric seat and a foldable wooden frame.  It was sold in multiple colour variations: light red, light blue, grey, green, white, red, red/blue and assorted colours.

Hazard identified
The fabric seat on the recalled beach chair can be re-assembled incorrectly, resulting in the chair collapsing during use, posing a fall or finger entrapment hazard to consumers.

Product description
This recall involves the Max X-Line Lifeline. The Max X-Line is made from a 12 strand polyester rope that is blue with a yellow tracer. The end of the X-Line features an air hose attachment for pneumatic tools. Details and model numbers here:

Product description
This recall involves 2 bath duck sets:

4 Piece duck set; 1 large and 3 small ducks
            UPC code: 058445295093, Item No. 29509; and

7 Piece Duck with tub set; 7 small ducks with tub
           UPC code: 058445299411, Item No. 29941.

The ducks are yellow with orange bills. There is a visible squeaker at the bottom of the ducks.

Hazard identified
The squeaker in the ducks can be removed posing as a possible choking hazard for infant or small children.

As of January 13, 2017 the company has received one report of the squeaker detaching from the duck in Canada, and no reports of injury.

hp-lithium-battery HP Lithium-Ion Batteries in HP and Compaq Notebook Computers

Product description
This expanded recall involves additional lithium-ion batteries not included in the previous recall.

The recall involves certain HP lithium-ion batteries compatible with HP, Compaq, HP ProBook, HP ENVY, Compaq Presario, and HP Pavilion Notebook Computers.  The affected batteries were sold with notebook computers and were also sold separately.

It is essential that customers recheck their batteries, even if they did so previously and were informed that they were not affected.
