The Niagara Story Place sponsored by Calhoun

Help make history on July 30th as a volunteer at Welland Floatfest as they try for a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ official attempt for the longest line of water inflatables title.

Volunteers wanted

If you're looking for a way to get involved in the community in Welland, here's your chance.

Welland Floatfest is looking for volunteers to help make the day flow smoothly and safely for all involved.

As with any festival, it can only be as good as the people that put it together. So they are looking for good people like you to help make FLOATFEST a success!

There will be plenty of time for you to enjoy the day on the water as well.

2 hours, 4 hours, any time you can give will be greatly appreciated by the Welland Floatfest committee. If you're a student, they will gladly complete your volunteer form for hours served in the community.

You'll receive a t-shirt, goodie bag, water and even food (depending on the hours worked).

Here are some of the areas they are looking for volunteers:

  • runners
  • setup and tear down
  • cleanup
  • security
  • boat drivers (must have boat license)
  • lifeguards
  • crowd control / flow of traffic
  • inflatable air station
  • other positions as well

Visit the Welland Floatfest Website and complete the volunteer form to get involved.

Don't forget to share with your friends as well.

GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY WITH A FEW VOLUNTEER HOURS ON JULY 30TH.

  • Connecting Niagara does just that. They put me in touch with key representatives in the area that understood what I was trying to achieve. Together we achieved so much more.
