Detectives with the Sexual Assault Unit are asking the public for their assistance with identifying a suspect or any other witness information.
On Friday, January 26, 2018, between 7:30pm and 11:30 pm, a 36 year old female was walking in the area of Pelham Road and McKay Street towards the Participark Trail in St. Catharines when an unknown male approached and sexually assaulted her.
Detectives with the Sexual Assault Unit are asking the public for their assistance with identifying a suspect or any other witness information.
The suspect is described as black male, approximately 5'9", unknown accent, with a thin build and a chin strap beard. He was wearing a black sweater, blue jeans and a black baseball hat.
