A comedic twist on It’s a Wonderful Life, Jump Jive & Jingle is a high-energy, fun-filled family musical, guaranteed to melt the crankiest curmudgeon’s mood, and coldest, icy winter day.

From strutting and gobbling like turkeys, to executing the tricky jug-banging dance, to jigging to Christmas in Killarney, the multi-talented cast offers something for everyone in Jump Jive & Jingle.

great performers A super-lifelike Santa belts out a powerful montage of traditional hymns, backed by an amazing chorus. On the secular side of the spectrum, there’s all the hits, from All I Want for Christmas is My Two Front Teeth, to Gramma Got Run Over by a Reindeer, among countless other favourites.

Like sparkly snowflakes, each annual holiday show at Oh Canada Eh? is different, but most feature an appearance by the beloved sassy senior, Aunt Pearl. Played to the hilarious hilt by Melissa Penner—AKA the girl with the million-dollar smile—she’s at her slow-walking, trash-talking, soup-swilling best in this performance.

Sporting her trademark rolled up stockings and gigantic Christmas corsage, every face in the place lights up like the Christmas tree when old Aunt Pearl takes the stage. And when she croons about her long-lost love, Walter, everyone in the audience feels like they’re part of it.

Making audience members feel special is seamlessly woven into the entire Oh Canada Eh? experience. In between acting, singing and dancing, each friendly cast member interacts by serving food and drinks.
