NIAGARA REGION, May 27, 2016 - The Great Race is a fun filled day of free activities promoting healthy living to families and youth of all ages. Hosted by Niagara Region Public Health’s REACT group, this event will raise awareness about healthy lifestyle choices through fun physical activities.
WHO: REACT, a youth-led peer group promoting healthy lifestyles, from Niagara Region Public Health.
WHAT: Families and youth from the Rykert Street community will participate in a number of free activities that promote active living in a fun and interactive manner. The Great Race will demonstrate to youth that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important to one’s overall well-being and building friendships with their neighbours.

To register, individuals are requested to go to the registration desk at the community house, Unit 92, 59 Rykert, St. Catharines, Ontario on Saturday, June 6, 2016 at 12:30 p.m.
