Through investigative efforts 39 year old Joseph BREEN of Welland was identified and has been charged.
In June 2016 the #3 District Detective Office entered into an investigation pertaining to the theft of a television from M.T. Bellies in Welland.
This incident received extensive social media attention through the M.T. Bellies Facebook page. The video surveillance of the suspect committing this offence was posted and viewed over 32,000 times.
