Family and friends are concerned for the well being of PACHECO, however his disappearance is not being attributed to foul play.

On the evening of Sunday September 18, 2016, Richard PACHECO was located in the City of Niagara Falls. 
 
He is no longer considered a missing person and the Niagara Regional Police would like to thank the public for their assistance in the matter.


Niagara Regional Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating a 29 year old male from Niagara Falls.

Richard PACHECO was last seen September 17, 2016 at approximately 11:00 pm at a Queen Street address.
Family and friends are concerned for the well being of PACHECO, however his disappearance is not being attributed to foul play.

PACHECO is described as a Hispanic male, 5'5 , 160 lbs, long brown hair worn in a bun or hair straight down while wearing a hat. He has multiple tattoos on his feet, legs, chest and back (photo attached).

Anyone who observes PACHECO is encouraged to contact Niagara Regional Police, 2 District 905-688-4111 X 2200.
