Calling all talented individuals in Welland to put together a video submission for Canada's 150th in Welland | North Welland BIA Talent Showcase.
This is just one of the signature events planned in Welland for 2017 as part of Canada's 150th celebration. The contest is open to any Welland resident (or attending school in Welland). It is open to any talent - musicians, singers, comedians, theatre, poetry, visual, dance - and open to any age. This contest is wide open.

The initial fifteen finalists will perform on February 2nd, 2017 (mark the date) at the official launch to Welland's 150th celebrations. Judges will choose 10 of the talents presented to perform at Victoria Day festivities with the final 5 performing on Canada Day. The winner will receive $2500, 2nd prize is $1500 and 3rd place $1000 as sponsored by the North Welland BIA.
