If you live in Niagara you know we have some great golf courses and more golf days than many other parts of the world. But what do you do during the winter or on bad weather days when your golf game just got cancelled?
The answer is head on over to Turf Net Sports Supplies on Hwy 20 in Fonthill (Welland). Turf Net was the first to have golf simulators in the area and has developed a loyal customer base of golfers looking to keep their game on par throughout the winter by golfing on the simulators. Whether playing nine holes or a full 18, golfers love it for keeping their swing in shape and for something to do on a cold winter evening or weekend. Some even come out to play a course in another part of the world before travelling – an opportunity to play the course in advance. This month, is rather exciting for Tim Proctor, owner of Turf Net Sports Supplies as he just installed new simulators with 4K Full HD, new courses and now, you can create a FX LIVE account start saving your completed game sessions or review historic performance data to both track growth and pinpoint areas of improvement.

"We're quite excited about the new 4K HD simulators and the fact we will have Pebble Beach Golf Links available very soon," said Tim Proctor.
"Our customers have been asking for this course so they can see how they play on one of the world's most beautiful and challenging courses."
As a golfer, it would be a unique experience to play on such a prestigious course as Pebble Beach Golf Links, the 5-time host of the U.S. Open, not to mention the other 51 courses available to play at Turf Net.
Turf Net Sports Supplies was also the first in the area to create an indoor winter golf league. Again customers love it!
The winter golf league starts in November played weekly for 15 weeks. In it's 8th year, the league offers 1 1/2 hours of play each week at a cost of $28/week. Contests for closest to the pin and longest drive every week as well. At the end of the season there is a year end party with free play, food, drinks and prizes for those who participated. The golf league is now forming.
