UPDATE FOUND: Welland 20 year old

Marci Clarke was last seen at approximately 9:30am on Thursday November 15, 2018 when she left her North Welland home.  Police and her family are concerned for her welfare.


UPDATE 2: On November 16, 2018, at approximately 2:40PM a member of the public in Welland contacted the Niagara Regional Police to advise that they observed a person matching the Marci Clarke's description near Thorold Rd. and Aquaduct St. in Welland.
Officers attended the area along with Paramedics from Niagara Emergency Medical Services. Marci Clarke was located in the area. She was transported by Paramedics to a local hospital for further assessment.

The Niagara Regional Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance.


UPDATE: Friday November 16, 2018

The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is continuing a missing person investigation into the whereabouts of a 20 year old female in the City of Welland.  The NRPS is asking for the public's assistance in this matter.

On Thursday, November 15, 2018, Marci Clarke was reported missing from her residence in Welland. Police have confirmed that she was last seen walking in the area of the Seaway Mall on Niagara Street in Welland on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at approximately 10:00 am.

She is described as white, approximately 5'4" in height with a medium build.  She was wearing dark running shoes with white soles, black pants with a white stripe down the leg, a grey winter jacket with a grey hoodie underneath, dark framed prescription glasses and black tight fitting toque. She was carrying a white plastic shopping bag.

The Niagara Regional Police are concerned for her welfare and a number of resources have been dispatched to assist with the search for her.

Police are asking homeowners and businesses, specifically in the north area of Welland, to check their properties including any outbuildings where the missing person may have sought shelter.

Anyone with information concerning this missing person is asked to call police.


The Niagara Regional Police Service is presently seeking any information from the public regarding the whereabouts of a 20 year old female.

Marci is described as a as a 20 year old white female, approximately 5'4" in height with a medium build. She has short bluish-grey hair and wears dark rimmed, round prescription glasses. She was last seen wearing a grey winter coat with a grey hoodie underneath, black jeans and grey running shoes. She has a nose-ring piercing in her septum.

Police are asking for any information regarding Marci's whereabouts. If found please contact police as soon as possible.
