Find answers to all your questions Monday, May 29 at Seniors Day, an annual event promoting wellness and healthy lifestyles for older adults.
More than 60 vendors serving St. Catharines residents, including health care agencies, social organizations, retirement residences, financial advisors, fitness groups and more will be at Seniors Day offering information about how older adults can live healthier, more balanced lives.
The event takes place at the Royal Canadian Legion Polish Veterans Branch 418, located at 294 Vine St., from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lunch and refreshments will be available for purchase.
Admission is free. Free parking is available on site. St. Catharines Transit is offering free bus rides to the Polish Legion from anywhere in the city. Passengers can simply say, “take me to Seniors Day” when boarding for their free bus ride.
